Calgary Workout – Oct 8

Meet in the north west corner of the parking lot off of 19th Street.

Join Coaches Bridget Pyke and Matthew Travaglini for a fun structured workout and our trademark post-run freezies. All paces, abilities, and experience levels welcome.

An M2M Workout Membership is now required to come run with us. Click HERE for details.

You can try out the workouts for two weeks before needing to sign up for the membership.

Please note, due to COVID-19 we must follow certain pre-cautions for this run. Please sign-up for the run and complete the attestation in your sign-up confirmation email on the day of the run. You will also receive an email to complete the M2M Waiver of liability. We appreciate your understanding in completing these documents ahead of time, so that we can go out and have a great run together.

We will be practicing appropriate physical distancing guidelines, as recommended by Athletics Alberta.
