Please arrive for the start time with a ~15:00 warmup + strides completed.
Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when gathering pre-post workout (not running). Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.
We will be following Dr. Henry’s & BC’s Public Health guidelines, we will be practicing in groups no larger than 9 Athletes + 1 coach.
Please only signup for the group to which you have been assigned. If you cannot join us, we encourage you to do the workout with us virtually. We will still be sending out our weekly group emails with workout details.
