This week we are back on the track for some quarter repeats! This signup is for all groups. We have a wide array of athletes running anywhere from 60min to 32 min for 10km— all are welcome.
- Where: Miracle Mile Statue (North side of the track)
- When: 6:30PM
- Warmup: 3km easy followed by drills and strides
- Workout: Quarters (400m repeats)
- Cooldown: 2-3km easy & popsicles…
