M2M Burnaby- Workout Wednesday

This week we’re back on the track for an Empire cut down.  Whether it’s your first time at a M2M group workout, gearing up for a spring road race, or just looking for some company — ALL athletes are welcome and it’s always better together.

  • Where: Empire Field | Miracle Mile Statue (North side of the track)
  • When: 6:30PM
    • Warmup: 3km easy followed by drills and strides
    • Workout: 2-3 x [1200-600-300/300]
    • Cooldown: 2-3km easy

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when gathering pre-post workout (not running). Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.
