This week we’re back on the track for an Empire cut down. Whether it’s your first time at a M2M group workout, gearing up for a spring road race, or just looking for some company — ALL athletes are welcome and it’s always better together.
- Where: Empire Field | Miracle Mile Statue (North side of the track)
- When: 6:30PM
- Warmup: 3km easy followed by drills and strides
- Workout: 2-3 x [1200-600-300/300]
- Cooldown: 2-3km easy
