Burnaby Group Workout

This week we’re back to our regular scheduled programming, meeting at the Miracle Mile Statue for some track work. Whether you’re targeting a summer road race, looking for a group to roll with, or just starting out  — ALL athletes are welcome and it’s always better together.

  • Where: Empire Field| Miracle Mile Statue (North side of the track)
  • When: 6:30PM
    • Warmup: 3km easy followed by drills and strides
    • Workout: 600s
    • Cooldown: 2-3km easy

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when gathering pre-post workout (not running). Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.
