This week we’re giving the legs a break from the track and hitting our road loop for some ‘zingers’. Whether it’s your first time at a M2M group workout, gearing up for a fall road race, a seasoned vet or just looking for some company on those dark fall nights— ALL athletes are welcome.
- Where: Empire Field | Miracle Mile Statue (North side of the track)
- When: 6:30PM
- Warmup: 3km easy followed by drills and strides
- Workout: 400m repeats
- Cooldown: 2-3km easy
