We meet at The Movement Company every Wednesday night for a group workout.
6:30pm – Announcements & Workout Instructions
6:35pm warmup starts
7:00pm workout starts
These workouts are led by M2m Co-founder and Olympian Dylan Wykes, along with coaches Lauren Prufer and Garrett de Jong. Expect to run at minimum 10km. All ability levels welcome, modifications to the workouts can be made based on where you’re at in your training.
