We will meet in the Remic Rapids Park Parking Lot. Please have a 15min warmup complete at the start time.

Please bring a head lamp.

We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. Following Ontario Public Health guidelines, we will be practising in groups no larger than 10 people. We will be splitting each group in Ottawa based on paces and will be meeting at a designated time and location.

For now, workout signup will be first-come, first-serve. If you cannot join us, we encourage you to do the workout with us virtually. We will still be sending out our weekly group emails with workout details.
