Toronto – Wednesday Workout

Meet at 6:30pm for a group warmup.

For the winter months we are meeting in a new location at Ontario Place. On the south side of the pedestrian bridge at the entrance to Ontario Place

6:30pm – Coach Sheila will give workout and instructions and lead lead warmup

6:45pm – drills/strides dynamic warmup

7:00pm – workout starts


These workouts are currently free of charge, and as always, open to anyone regardless of ability or experience.  Know someone in the Toronto area who you think would be interested? Pass on this link.
