Track Tuesday’s w/ Coach Laurel: 1600 & 200s

We’ll meet at the bleachers on the east side of the track.

Warm-up: 15mins easy run on Arbutus Corridor
Drills and strides

Main Set:

1600m – 1min rest and regroup
5-8x 200m ON / 200m Easy job

Cooldown: 10mins reverse on the track

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when not jamming your session. Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.


We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. We will be following Dr. Henry’s & BC’s Public Health guidelines.
