We’ll meet at the bleachers on the east side of the track.
Warm-up: 15mins easy run on Arbutus Corridor
Drills and strides
Main Set: 3-6x
800m – 90 seconds easy
200m – 90 seconds easy
200m – 3mins
Cooldown: 10mins reverse on the track + freezies
