Group 1 is designated for athletes who run <18:30 for a 5km road race.
We will meet at Parking lot across from the Tennis Courts on Park Lane.
Please note we will be practicing physical distancing and will have other measures in place to provide a safe environment for training. Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.

We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. Following Return to Sport Guidelines recommended by BC Athletics, we will be practising in specific pace groups of 10, with no more than 5 groups (50 athletes and coaches combined) at any one start time.
For now, workout signup will be first-come, first-serve. If you cannot join us, we encourage you to do the workout with us virtually. We will still be sending out our weekly group emails with workout details.
