2-3km wu + drills & strides
10-16 x 200m Hill (rest = jog down)
2-3km CD

We will meet @ Jericho East parking and then jog over to the hill as a warm-up then we’ll roll some hill reps here; https://www.strava.com/routes/2850827504660838048
