As we are getting back to the old ways of doing things let’s check in on some fitness. 10km Time-trial, or strong 10km Tempo run this weekend. We will meet at 8:15am at lil’ Aus (8th & Blanca) for an optional group warm-up, or do your own thing and be ready to roll for an 8:45 start time.
