This week we are going to lock into some tempo work with the aim to build strength and work on pacing. One of those slow burn sessions. It’s not the intensity that will get ya, it’s the accumulation of fatigue over longer reps. Be patient, be smart and get ready for some fun. We’re going to hit the Big Aus’ loop for today’s session.
Please arrive for the start time with a ~15:00 warmup + strides completed.

We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. We will be following Dr. Henry’s & BC’s Public Health guidelines, we will be practicing in groups no larger than 9 Athletes + 1 coach.
Please only signup for the group to which you have been assigned. If you cannot join us, we encourage you to do the workout with us virtually. We will still be sending out our weekly group emails with workout details.
