Vancouver Saturday May 8th, 7:30am

This week we are gonna get in a mixed bag of strength and speed. 5km Tempo to start and then some spicy 400’s on the end. This will be done on the big Aus and lil’ Aus loops.

Please arrive for the start time with a ~15:00 warmup + strides completed.

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when not jamming your session. Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.


We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. We will be following Dr. Henry’s & BC’s Public Health guidelines, we will be practicing in groups no larger than 9 Athletes + 1 coach.

Please only signup for the group to which you have been assigned. If you cannot join us, we encourage you to do the workout with us virtually. We will still be sending out our weekly group emails with workout details.
