Please meet at 8:15 @ 16th st. Ranger Station Parking lot for instruction and group warm-up over to lil’ Aus for the session.

group warmup [3-5km] to start of Big Aus Loop

Marathon- 2 x 4km within a 20km total run. 4km @ MP pace to start.

non-marathon- lil’ aus 800’s x 6-12 (Standing rest 2min)

Cooldown for 2-5km

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when not jamming your session. Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.
