Please meet at 8:15 @ 16th st. Ranger Station Parking lot for instruction and group warm-up over to lil’ Aus for the session.

3-5km group warmup 

2-4 x 5km (1km float recovery)


5km Tempo + KMs

2 + km EZ CD jog

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when not jamming your session. Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.

We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. Let’s be safe, smart and respectful of each other.
