Please meet at 8:15 @ 16th st. Ranger Station Parking lot for instruction and group warm-up over to lil’ Aus for the session.
3-5km group warmup
Marathon = 10-20km Tempo
1/2 Marathon / 10km = 5km + 4-8 x 400 (2min rest)
