Please meet at 8:15 @ 16th st. Ranger Station Parking lot for instruction and group warm-up over to lil’ Aus for the session.
Marathon = 20km @ MP (4 x Big Aus)
10km-1/2 Marathon = 10-15km Progression (2-3 x lil’ Aus)
