Warm-up: 15mins easy run on Arbutus Corridor
Drills and strides.

4-10 x 1km (90sec rest)

Cooldown: 10-15mins reverse on the track

Bring Hydration, nutrition and whatever else you need to crush the workout, there will be a coach on site to watch over your gear as you jam.
