Shall we do it? Yeah we should- Let’s hit the track! Let’s roll some 400’s to get back into the routine. 10-16 x 400m on/200m slow recovery.
We will meet at the back straight bleachers 6:15pm for an optional group warm-up, or do your own thing and be ready to roll for 6:45pm Workout start time.
