The M2M Philosophy
Having trained with and competed against the best athletes in the world, under some of the most accomplished coaches, our greatest results have always come when we had consistency in training. After examining the root cause of that consistency, the two most common themes that stood out were having a strong relationship with a coach and a fun community that kept us motivated.
When we changed our focus to coaching we realized these experiences were not unique to elite runners but endurance athletes of all abilities. People have the most success when consistency in their training isn’t a chore but a source of pleasure, and we believe that consistency in training becomes fun when you have access to two things: great coaching and great communities.
At M2M we seek out inspiring and approachable coaches who are focused on creating training plans tailored to their athlete’s individual abilities, goals, and schedules.
