Our workouts are great for all; whether your goal is to run more consistently, prepare for a specific race or something in between.

Each workout is setup with different pace groups and specific group instruction.

We also value the enjoyment of workouts and do our best to make them fun for all.

Experienced Coaches by your side

Using their vast experience, M2M Coaches design and lead, group workouts that have a specific purpose, structure, and progression.

You'll have the opportunity to tap into our coaches knowledge and experience in the group setting. They'll provide motivation and advice to execute each workout.
