The M2M Coaches have spent years striving to reach their potential. Many have represented their country at highest level of competition, all are passionate about coaching.
Coaching with M2M since the early days 2017, Tony spent four years with the crew in Vancouver, before moving to Germany and continue to coach remotely. Tony has been coaching since 2010, working with athlete of all levels including high school cross country, NCAA elite athletes, and of course the full range of M2M Athletes.
Jasmine Fehr lives and breathes running! She’s spent the past three years as CITIUS MAG’s Podcast Producer and Social Media + Website Editor while training competitively for marathons. In addition to remote coverage, she’s helped cover two World Championships and seven NCAA Championships on-site. During college, she competed at the University of Portland and University of Tennessee, and later spent a year coaching full-time at Tennessee.
Rob is a lifelong runner having run his first road race at age 6. Over his 30 year career rob has competed in almost every distance and has won Canadian Championships in multiple events. Rob has been coaching with Mile2Marathon since 2016, is the Head Coach in Vancouver, and is just loving life as he continues to be stuck in the game as both a coach and athlete.
Brit has competed in triathlon since 2010 across all distances. A member of M2M since 2018, she also brings a strong running background (17:35 5k, 37:30 10k, 1:20 half marathon). Coached by 3X Ironman World Champion Mirinda Carfrae, she earned her Ironman pro card after multiple age-group wins. Brit coaches with a science-informed approach and is also Editor of Triathlon Magazine.
Jake is a long-time running fan who has been around the sport for well over decade now. He loves the opportunity to work with all levels of athletes, whether they are new to sport or have been around the block a time or two. Jake is all about finding the balance of working hard but enjoying the process along the way.
Lauren started running a little later in life, stumbling into the sport during her third year of university, after having spent two years as a varsity rugby player. She quickly fell in love with the sport, continuing to pursue running during medical school, first with Western’s Cross-Country team and then with a local running club.
As a relative latecomer to competitive running, Theo approaches training from a holistic perspective that considers the athlete’s history, goals, and other commitments before developing a program. Theo has been coaching athletes of all levels and ages for over a decade, with a particular focus on developing athletes and those newer to structured training. He loves an easy lap of the Seawall with friends, but is always excited to hammer 400’s.
Bruchet's passion for running is evident, and his dedication to the sport is contagious. As a graduate of UBC's School of Kinesiology and Teacher Ed Program, he has developed the skills to inspire and motivate others. Bruchet's experiences as an athlete have given him valuable insight into the training, nutrition, goal setting skills, mental preparation and discipline necessary to succeed.
John is an Olympic Finalist in the steeplechase, a 3xCanadian Champion, and a 12xCanadian national team member at distances from 3000m to 10km cross country. After 10+ years focusing on middle-distance events, he's shifting his focus to longer road events and excited to share the journey with athletes of all abilities.
