Unlike many other training plan services, our Custom Race Plan allows you to select the M2M coach to craft your custom plan.
Our team of coaches include some of the best runners in the world. Their coaching expertise include everything from track, to road, to trail. From 1 mile to ultra marathon.
A Custom Race Plan is more than just a plan made for you. It includes 3 carefully timed coach check-ins; prior to the writing of your plan, at the midway point, and just before your goal race.
These check-ins help to ensure your plan is working for you right up until you cross the finish line.
Detailed running workouts, including purpose, pace, duration, distance and more - uploaded to your Final Surge training log.
To ensure your training plan is specific to you we review your athlete profile with you before we write it.
At the midpoint of your training we check-in to review your completed training and may make adjustments to your plan.
