Unlike many other training plan services, our Custom Race Plan allows you to select the M2M coach to craft your custom plan.

Our team of coaches include some of the best runners in the world. Their coaching expertise include everything from track, to road, to trail. From 1 mile to ultra marathon.

A Custom Race Plan is more than just a plan made for you. It includes 3 carefully timed coach check-ins; prior to the writing of your plan, at the midway point, and just before your goal race.

These check-ins help to ensure your plan is working for you right up until you cross the finish line.

The opportunity to have a plan designed by a world class runner took all of the guess work out of my race prep.

    Detailed running workouts, including purpose, pace, duration, distance and more - uploaded to your Final Surge training log.

  • Initial Check-in

    To ensure your training plan is specific to you we review your athlete profile with you before we write it.

  • Midway Check-in and Plan Adjustments

    At the midpoint of your training we check-in to review your completed training and may make adjustments to your plan.

  • Pre-Race Check-in

    We'll provide a detailed review of race day logistics, nutrition, and pacing strategies.

Select a coach to write your Custom Race Plans from our available coaches.

Choose the duration of your plan (8 to 20 weeks), complete your athlete profile questionnaire and pay your one-time fee.

Meet Your Coach

The coach you selected to write your plan will be in touch - typically within 48hrs - to setup a check-in, to review your athlete profile and answer questions. Then that coach creates your plan.

Run

You start training, following your custom race plan.

Expect a check-in with the coach who wrote your plan at the midway point and then again pre-race.
