Group workouts are where we have some fun and work together to pursue our goals, as individuals and as a collective. Open to ALL runners no matter your speed, experience, or ability.

If you’re interested in joining our team workouts check out the M2M Workout Membership. It is $70/month or $240 for 4 months (a savings of $10 per month). We think it’s a good starting place for those looking to check out the group.

Details for Burnaby-based Weekly Workouts include:
- Wednesday Nights: 6:30PM from Empire Field – these sessions are interval workouts geared toward increasing your speed endurance.
- Saturday Mornings: 8:15AM – excluding long weekends and key race weekends – for these sessions, we’ll be joining up with the M2M Vancouver crew from various locations, all within a 15 minute drive from the downtown Vancouver core.
