Group workouts are where we have some fun and work together to pursue our goals, as individuals and a collective. Open to ALL runners no matter your speed, experience, or ability.

If you’re interested in joining our team workouts check out the M2M Workout Membership. It is $50/month and includes a 2-week free trial. We think it’s a good starting place for those looking to check out the group.

Details for Ottawa-based Weekly Workouts include:
- Monday Nights: 6:30PM – Friends of the Farm Parking Lot – These sessions generally range from 8-15km of running with 5-10km of intervals.
- Wednesday Nights: 6:00PM – Gatineau Park – Trails
- Thursday Nights: 6:30PM – Immaculata HS Parking Lot – These sessions generally range from 8-15km of running with 5-10km of intervals.
- Sunday Mornings:
- Trail Run with Ottawa Trail Crew x M2M: 8:30am at various locations, most often in Gatineau Park.
