Our Team Workouts in Ottawa are led by Olympian and co-founder, Dylan Wykes, with support from local coaches Katheryn Cochrane, Jake Cameron and Garrett de Jong.
Group workouts are where we have some fun and work together to pursue our goals, as individuals and a collective. Open to ALL runners no matter your speed, experience, or ability.
To Join our Workouts, Become a Member
If you’re interested in joining our team workouts check out the M2M Workout Membership. It is $70/month or $240 for 4 months (a savings of $10 per month). We think it’s a good starting place for those looking to check out the group.
Our Membership options also include Custom Race Plans and Personal Coaching Services.
Personal Coaching Services also include free access to Group Workouts in any M2m City.

- Monday Nights: 6:30 PM – Tunney’s Pasture
- Wednesday Nights: 6:00 PM – Gatineau Park – Trails (April to November)
- Thursday Nights: 6:30 PM – Immaculata Hs parking lot (workouts along the canal)
- Sunday Mornings:
- Trail Run with Ottawa Trail Crew x M2M: 8:30am at various locations, most often in Gatineau Park.
