Burnaby Group Workout

Whether you’re targeting a spring road race, looking for a group to roll with, or just starting out  — ALL athletes are welcome and it’s always better together.

  • Where: Empire Field ( Miracle Mile Statue
  • When: 6:30PM
    • Warmup: Easy 3km group jog + drills and strides
    • Workout: Mile Repeats
    • Cooldown: 2-3km easy  jog

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when gathering pre-post workout (not running). Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.
