Calgary Group Workout

Meet in front of Complete Chiropractic & Sports Therapy (2624 Parkdale Blvd NW).

Join coaches Bridget, Matthew and Lisa for a fun, structured group workout among a supportive group. All paces, abilities, and experience levels welcome.

If you’re new to M2M, you can show up to one of our workouts anytime and run with us for a 1-month free trial to see if the group is a good fit for you!

Please note, due to COVID-19 we must follow certain pre-cautions for this run. Please sign-up for the run and complete the attestation in your sign-up confirmation email on the day of the run. You will also receive an email to complete the M2M Waiver of liability. We appreciate your understanding in completing these documents ahead of time, so that we can go out and have a great run together.

We will be practicing appropriate physical distancing guidelines, as recommended by Athletics Alberta.
