Where: Gatineau Park P6
Who: open to anyone and everyone interested in hitting the trails. We’re working on specific skills and fitness in preparation for upcoming races at QMT and Bromont
What to bring: shoes, appropriate clothing, water, snacks, headlamp
What’s on Tap:
7 or 10k progression: start Z2, increasing perceived effort every km until reaching race effort and holding for 2-3km
