M2M Ottawa Trail: Workout

Where: Gatineau Park P6

Who: open to anyone and everyone interested in hitting the trails. We’re working on specific skills and fitness in preparation for upcoming races at QMT and Bromont

What to bring: shoes, appropriate clothing, water, snacks, headlamp

What’s on Tap:

15min WU

7 or 10k progression: start Z2, increasing perceived effort every km until reaching race effort and holding for 2-3km

15min CD

Completing the M2M Waiver and COVID-19 attestation questionnaire is required. Links will be provided in your event sign-up confirmation email, please keep an eye on your inbox for that.
