8:30am- Announcements & Workout Instructions
8:35am – run starts, from the Movement Co.
It may be the winter but we have spring races to train for, time for some long run work!
These workouts are led by M2m Co-founder and Olympian Dylan Wykes, along with coaches Lauren Prufer and Garrett de Jong. All ability levels welcome, modifications to the workouts can be made based on where you’re at in your training.
