Back up to the Aus loops. We’ll hit a big loop tempo & then some speed on the smaller loop. It will be glorious!
Please arrive for the start time with a ~15:00 warmup + strides completed.

We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. We will be following Dr. Henry’s & BC’s Public Health guidelines, we will be practicing in groups no larger than 9 Athletes + 1 coach.
Please only signup for the group to which you have been assigned. If you cannot join us, we encourage you to do the workout with us virtually. We will still be sending out our weekly group emails with workout details.
