Please meet at 8:15 @ 16th st. Ranger Station Parking lot for instruction and group warm-up over to lil’ Aus for the session.

3-5km group warmup 

4km WU
2km @ 10-1/2
4km @ 1/2
8km @ Goal MP
4km @ 1/2
2km @ 10-12
2+ KM CD

(Total Volume will vary depending on Distance training for, 1km float between efforts)
