Please meet at 8:15 @ 16th st. Ranger Station Parking lot for instruction and group warm-up over to lil’ Aus for the session.
group warmup [3-5km] to start of Big Aus Loop
Marathon- 3-4 x 5km (3min walk recovery) Start @ MP work down if needed
non-marathon- 3-5 x 1.9km Loop @ 10km effort (standing rest 2-2.5min rest)
Cooldown for 2-5km
