Wednesday nights are back and we are allowed to meet as larger groups now per https://www.viasport.ca/return-sport. We’ll meet as a group @ 6:30 w/ workout starting at 6:45pm sharp. This week we are rolling a Kipchoge- 2kms & 1kms all dang day. It’ll be fun, hope to see you there!

There will be Freezies!!

Please be ready to roll for 6:45pm workout start~15:00 warmup + strides is highly recommended.

Please note we will be practicing social distancing and please wear a mask when not jamming your session. Refer to our Return to Sport Safety Guidelines HERE for more details.


We’re coming back to ‘group’ workouts in this new normal we find ourselves in. We will be following Dr. Henry’s & BC’s Public Health guidelines.
