Gatineau Trail Workout Membership
As the seasons change, M2M is excited to return to the trails of Gatineau Park on Wednesday nights. Join a group of motivated runners for our Wednesday night trail workouts, designed and led by coach Liam Walke. Using the varied terrain available in Gatineau Park, Wednesdays will be a time to build specific fitness and technical skills for upcoming trail events (or for your general fitness).
First Workout:
