Yes, we encourage you to come out to a Group Workout to see if it's a good fit for you. Be sure to introduce yourself to one of our coaches at the workout. They'll ask you to fill out a form for first-time workout participants, including our participation waiver. They'll also help you find the right group to run with and answer any questions.
