Introducing Startline
Are you motivated by faster runs and thrive in a training environment with inspiring peers? If so, our current M2M group could be a perfect match for you.
Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable in a less intimidating setting and want a supportive group to help you achieve your running goals, we have something just for you. Introducing Startline, a new pace group at M2M Ottawa led by Coach Erin Mayo. Startline is designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re a newer runner or have years of experience.
If you run a half marathon in 1:55 to 2:15, a 10K in 55 to 65 minutes, or a 5K in 25 to 30 minutes—or if you’re new to racing and aiming for similar times—Startline is designed for you.
Join us once per week, on Monday evenings for fun, inclusive group workouts. You’ll kick off with dynamic warmups alongside the regular M2M group, then transition to a smaller, supportive group led by Coach Erin Mayo and experienced M2M pacers. From there, you’ll do structured workouts aimed at helping you build both speed and endurance. On Thursday evenings, the Startline group will do an easy group run, followed by a short Q&A or specific education session with our team of coaches.
Startline is a program designed to meet you where you are and help you discover your potential. If your goal is to progress into faster pace groups within M2M Ottawa, we’re here to support you. With expert coaching, we’ll help you recognize when it’s time to take the next step.
Whether you’re training for a summer or fall race or simply aiming to improve at your own pace, Startline offers expert coaching, a welcoming environment, and the extra support you need to unlock new possibilities in your running journey.
The Program kicks off Monday June 9. Enjoy your first week of workouts with us completely free! After that, our regular monthly Group Workout membership fee applies.
