My Coaching Philosophy
Be patient & enjoy the moment are two big things that I try to apply with my athletes. As an athlete, I was terrible at both. I put a lot of pressure on myself to achieve some pretty lofty goals in my career. If I could do it again I’d take more time to step back and appreciate the process.
