Tracksmith Pre-Order Info

We are really excited about the opportunity to order fully customized Tracksmith gear. However the process for ordering the gear is a bit different than how we have ordered team gear from other companies in the past. So we ask that you take the time to read through this post for more info on the pre-order process and details on Tracksmith gear.

That means you order now, and receive later.

The pre-order process will be done through our online shop. You will pay for the items now.

We do not have any samples or inventory of the Custom team gear at this time. None of the items available for purchase have been made yet.

We need to hit minimum quantities in order for each time to go to production. We are confident we will hit the minimums, however there is a chance we do not, and therefore an item will not go to production. If this is the case we will notify you on February 2, 2024 and refund you for that item.

You order before January 31, 2024 at midnight EST. We place our team order with Tracksmith on February 1, 2024. We will receive the gear to our “warehouse” by August 1, 2024. That is 6 months from now.

You can choose from several order fulfillment options when placing your order in our online shop, including; several speeds of shipping to your door, Ottawa Group Workout pickup, and Vancouver Group Workout pickup. Once we receive all of the gear to our “warehouse” we will provide you with more detailed info, depending on the fulfilment option you chose.

If your gear doesn’t fit, we will do our best to exchange it for something that fits better. However, we will not have an abundance of inventory in any of the items. Returns and refunds will be accepted on a case by case basis.

Please read the description for each product in detail. For most items there is an inline Tracksmith product that is the same or very similar material and cut as our custom team item. In the description of our custom items there are links to the comparable inline items on the Tracksmith website. We recommend you check those out for further details and pictures. In some cases we included pictures of those inline items in our online shop products.

You’ll notice a “Regular Price” and “Sale Price” on our online shop. The Regular price reflects the price of the same or similar inline Tracksmith product if you were to buy it from their website. The “Sale Price” is the price you pay. We just wanted to show you that you are getting a great deal on these items. We are not trying to make a profit on this gear.

We have done our best to provide a Fit Guide in the description of each our custom items. We have also included the Garment Measurements from the Tracksmith website where possible.

Generally, Tracksmith apparel does run slightly smaller than many other brands. If you’re ever on the fence about what size to order we recommend sizing up. If you’re really unsure, feel free to contact Dylan for further details.

These are not part of the Team Pre-Order. We have already placed the order for these. They are due to arrive May 1, 2024. All current members at that time will receive a team racing singlet. Information on ordering and distribution coming soon.

We included the link to a WhatsApp group chat in a recent email sent to all members. That will be the best place to have your questions answered.
