M2M Team Workouts

Group Workouts continue in Calgary and Vancouver at this time. Workouts remain on-hold in Ottawa and Burnaby until further notice.

Due to COVID-19, things will look a little different in our group settings for some time. For full details on what we are doing to try to provide a safe environment for group workouts please check HERE.

Sign-up for team workouts is now required as part of our return to sport guidelines. Please visit our Return to Workouts post for full details on how the workout sign-up process works.

If you’re interested in joining our team workouts but aren’t on a personal coaching or custom training plan, you can signup for our monthly Workout Membership.
