Garrett supports all abilities towards their goals. The journey begins as a pursuit towards a specific goal but often becomes much more. Pursuing a challenging goal leads to growth as an athlete but more importantly as an individual.
Garrett believes in establishing a strong foundation so that athletes can reach their true potential while staying healthy and having fun!
Garrett isn’t afraid of going outside the box and challenging preconceptions. The strong partnership between himself and his athletes means no challenge is too great!

I believe running is a great metaphor for life. I have learned many life lessons as a runner. I believe in having a healthy relationship with running all while pushing yourself to get the most out of yourself. I am motivated and committed to helping others in their journey.
