My Coaching Philosophy
To meet athletes where they’re at and help them reach their potential. Great coaching means understanding the whole athlete — their life, stress, and goals — and shaping training around that. I’ve been fortunate to have coaches who shared these values, and I hope to do the same.
I believe coaching is about building trust first. When an athlete feels seen and supported as a person, they’re able to train more confidently and consistently. Everyone has a different path, and I want to help each athlete I coach find what works best for them individually.
I also believe that progress comes from patience and consistency, not shortcuts. Small, intentional steps add up over time, and my goal is to help athletes stay engaged, healthy, and motivated through the ups and downs of training. My ultimate goal is for athletes to feel improvement that goes beyond times and workouts, and shows up in their confidence, mindset, and connection to the sport and themselves!
