About Nicole

Nicole is a former UBC track & field athlete turned trail runner. After a decade of racing on the track and roads, she burst onto the trail scene in 2024 and was recently selected to represent Canada at the 2025 World Mountain & Trail Running Championships.

Though her trail success is recent, Nicole has spent years quietly grinding. Her favourite part of running is the people she’s met and the community it creates. She believes anyone can be a runner and that no goal is too small to chase.

My Coaching Philosophy

Listen to your body & keep training fun! There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to training so open communication and adaptability are key in any athletes success.

  • 2025 UTMB Canyons 50km - 5th female
  • 2025 Coaster Marathon - 1st female, 5th overall
  • 2024 Coaster Half Marathon - 1st female, 4th overall
  • 2024 Canadian Trail Running Championship - 9th female
  • 2024 Chuckanut 50km (first trail race) - 11th female
