Paula came back to running much later in life. Some of her fastest times were achieved when she turned 40 and jumped into the masters category. Paula believes in consistency, patience, and perseverance when trying to achieve goals and that running is about being the best you can be on that day. Enjoy the wins and learn from the losses and continue to run in the moment. And, remember to pat yourself on the back every once in a while!

For Trevor, running compliments his life by reducing stress, adding enjoyment through exploration, and has created a social network of like-minded individuals who can enjoy the sport together. Through his years of training, he mostly coached himself, including the training block leading up to the 2019 Canadian Olympic trials and leading up to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Rob is a lifelong runner having run his first road race at age 6. Over his 30 year career rob has competed in almost every distance and has won Canadian Championships in multiple events. Rob has been coaching with Mile2Marathon since 2016, is the Head Coach in Vancouver, and is just loving life as he continues to be stuck in the game as both a coach and athlete.

Bridget combines her knowledge as a physiotherapist with her experience as a varsity athlete to coach healthy and happy runners!

Now one of Canada's top distance runners, Kevin's running journey all started when he was hit by a car and flew through the air 100 feet, landing on his head. Kevin found solace and healing in running, which has given him purpose and transformed his life.

Blending my experience as an elite distance runner and triathlete with my extensive knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation, I provide a thorough approach to coaching. Although I'm is very well versed in the ‘science’ of training, I put a large emphasis on the ‘art’ of training.

Lisa is an Olympian in the 10,000m (Barcelona, 1992). She has worked as a school teacher for the past 25 years where she coached the cross country and run club teams. She has been coaching runners of all abilities with M2M for the past 3 years.

Chantelle has been coaching for almost 10 years with athletes of all ability levels and in distances up to the marathon. Previous to coaching she was a 7 x Canadian National Team member for Track & Field as well as Mountain Running. Her passion and love for running has been going strong for over 25 years and she loves to help facilitate athletes in finding their own love for the sport and harnessing that into fast times and crushed goals.

Matthew was born in London, ON and moved to Calgary in 2016 where he has taken his love for running from the track to the roads, and to the mountains. Matthew coaches with the Calgary group and loves working with runners of all levels to help them reach their goals.

I strive to find a balance between pushing my athletes to be their best and not losing sight of the simple joys of training. Whether it’s on the road or cruising around on the trails, trusting the process, putting in the work, and finding joy along the way is what’s most important.

Lauren started running a little later in life, stumbling into the sport during her third year of university, after having spent two years as a varsity rugby player. She quickly fell in love with the sport, continuing to pursue running during medical school, first with Western’s Cross-Country team and then with a local running club.

Scott retired from a successful long distance running career at the end of 2022. He began a career in as an event coordinator but missed the competitive side. As his most competitive athletic days are behind him he is excited to help others achieve their running goals. Whether you are just beginning your journey, are an elite runner, or seasoned masters runner; he'll be happy to facilitate your journey!

I believe that consistent hard work leads to success in our sport. If an athlete and coach share a passion for running and have trust in one another, success and progress will exist.

Bri Scott has quickly burst into the Canadian running scene after starting her athletic career as a collegiate volleyball player. Bri fell in love with running after dropping into a Mile2Marathon practice. She has since gone on to race full and half marathons, won the National Championships in the 5000m and represented Canada at the 2023 World Athletics Championships, placing 35th in the world.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Caitlin Fielder is a professional trail runner for Salomon, and full time artist running her own business.

Jake is a long-time running fan who has been around the sport for well over decade now. He loves the opportunity to work with all levels of athletes, whether they are new to sport or have been around the block a time or two. Jake is all about finding the balance of working hard but enjoying the process along the way.

Bruchet's passion for running is evident, and his dedication to the sport is contagious. As a graduate of UBC's School of Kinesiology and Teacher Ed Program, he has developed the skills to inspire and motivate others. Bruchet's experiences as an athlete have given him valuable insight into the training, nutrition, goal setting skills, mental preparation and discipline necessary to succeed.
